Ruby and Minh’s suite was a great place to spend our stay in Vancouver in a quiet and safe neighbourhood
The bed was very comfortable. They provided soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom and the shower was excellent
Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster kettle, microwave and fridge
House is 12-15 minutes walk to the Expo train line that goes straight into downtown / key tourist sites or there is a bus to the station
Large supermarket is 5 minute walk away
Comms by the host was excellent prior to our arrival

Fantastic two bedroom guest house on a quiet street in a convenient location. It is about 6 mins from bus stops or 15 mins from the train station. There are plenty of ubereats options around. It has pretty much everything you need from washing machine and dryer to dishwasher. In addition, the host is super helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and about 8 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for something more like a home instead of a typical hotel, this is a great choice.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
A fantastic self contained home away from home. My concern of hearing noise from above a basement suite was alleviated as I heard nothing, which made for a great relaxing stay.
Great to be able to use the washing machine with complimentary washing tabs, this was much appreciated.
