The basement was converted to dorm-style set up with several rooms for potential guests, with common access to the bathroom and kitchen. I'm a no-fuss type traveler, so it was great to have a chance to cook my own meals rather than only having the option to go out and eat in expensive restaurants. For the price, location and cleanliness, it was everything I needed for a comfortable stay (weekend for a wedding) for a great price.
