We loved the whole place- the building, the garden and the rooms. The house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by locals -but within walking distance of a great supermarket and about 1 km away from the central beach.
The hosts were very welcoming, gave us very good recommendations for good places to eat /beaches - and -as other reviewers have shared- they are always happy to share the grapes from their garden.
We used the personal car to go close to the beach and leave the car in a parking lot on the main street - we never had issues finding parking spots, even if we were there in top season (August).
We highly recommend Byala and the Dimi Guest House for everyone looking for a quiet vacation at the seaside. There are multiple beaches close by - the central one being the best, with 2 small terraces on the beac where you can get coffee, refreshments and very good simple food.
We were also impressed by the restaurants in the area - awesome quality food, great services and good prices (Ribkata in Byala - great for pizza and all kinds of fresh fish, Dalian Akrotir /Далян Акротир in Nessebar - has a great sea view and fresh mussels).
If you want to enjoy a more action packed day -we also highly recommend the Action Waterpark in Sunny Beach, especially during the week when it's not too crowded.

Great location in the center but also close to the sea. Since Byala is a mountainous area, the guesthouse is located high up, so the view from thebalcony is incredible, but going up from the sea takes some effort. The balcony is everything! We had a room for three people with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the city. Near the guesthouse there are many trees, plants, flowers - it not only looks beautiful, but thanks to this you feel fresh, clean air. Patio - Below is a wonderful patio with a stove, kettle and everything you need for cooking, even a homemade oven! Lots of nice space to sit and relax. Interior - the hostess of the guesthouse has an incredible taste and talent! The interior, both in the rooms and in general, is insanely beautiful! Shell paintings, interior wood, lamps, tables, and other homemade structures are full of beauty! The room for three is very spacious, divided into a living room and a bedroom, thanks to the feeling that there is a lot of space, there is a fridge. Absolutely lovely hosts. You seem to be in the center but at the same time in a quiet, peaceful place where you can retire and relax. Probably the best place to stay in Byala and one of the best in Bulgaria by the sea. Definitely better than any hotel and worth the price!
