The view from the balcony is amazing. Garden and pool also very nice. Very short walk to the tram station which takes you to Innsbruck.

Lovely place with fantastic view, room was perfectly clean and large, there was also big space for our two dogs, really very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything what we needed. Breakfast was perfect. I love this place a lot and I definitely will be back to stay there for a longer time.

Excellent accommodation! I was warm and comfortable each night after a day of snowboarding! There was a nice selection of tea, books and maps for sight seeing and my host went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct bus to my different destinations. So very grateful!

This property felt like my home away from home. The Toilet is separate from the sink/ shower/ bath. So there is never a wait for the bathroom even if the other room is rented. Complete kitchen with all utensils. Bedrooms facing the quiet backyard away from the street. „I will be back“.
