I have high expectations in todays society even though I haven’t changed my standards.. everyone else has. With that said, from the service, to the room everything was fantastic. The staff were delightful and the room spotless. The breakfast wasn’t bad and I usually don’t eat any hot food at continental breakfasts. All in all, A++

The employees at this establishment made me and my family feel welcomed. They always had a smile on thier faces, offered to help us, and booked any activities for us. I was taken back by their customer service. I have never experienced 5 star service like this. I love the openness and space of our room and the amenities. We were a family of 6, and to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer saved us money. The space in our room made us feel that we were not on top of each other. The cleanness of the whole establishment was nice, and the pool was heated and open year round. The location was near everything and very walkable.

This Minden Holiday Inn is located on Highway 88 and just 3 miles from the Minden-Tahoe Airport. The hotel features free Wi-Fi, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. the breakfast was just right however, I would have liked more fruits.
