Really my very bed experience first time with hotel holiday inn
We generally stay at JW Marriot or Holiday inn, we totally enjoyed our stay at hotel Venus plaza. Excellent hospitality. Perfect breakfast spread and buffet options. Clean rooms and facilities. Spacious rooms.
Nothing unnecessary expensive and they are not leela or Westin . Even these 5 stars are cheaper than Holiday Inn one night rates .
Match box sized room. Not expected from Holiday inn brand. Even the bath are!!!! Soo cogested. Very limited breakfast choice and busy breakfast area
This is an excellent venue for overnight stays being close to airport. There is a good shuttle service and the staff are very helpful. It is excellent value for money having good wifi and serves a nice range of breakfasts to your room. The room was large and very comfortable. It is not 5* like Holiday Inn etc but if you want a comfortable stay with helpful staff only 5-10 minutes from the Terminals at a very reasonable cost this is an excellent choice,
Holiday Inn's location in Aerocity is conveniently near the airport metro, shopping, and international food court. It is an excellent choice for a quiet stay with less honking before the flight to the next destination.
We did not had breakfast as it was included the people were not ready to take my IHG Memeber ship and udpate points they were rude as i did not book directly and went through Booking.com
Sorry, but there is nothing to like about in this hotel. Holiday inn Express' reputation failed on this property.
If you need to stay near mayur vihar the you only have IHG hotels (crowne plaza and holiday inn), the services are good but not consistent, which you will only realise if you stay for couple of day. I stayed here for 10 days. Especially for in room dining. Rest all good, don't use the underground parking, it is spacious but poorly lit, lift was non functional and filthy. You will need a guide to go back up uless you want to walk the ramp
