The environment is spacious, the Guest Manager by name - Gemma - (from her name tag) very professional, helpful and on top of everything. The room was clean though lighting should be improved. Everything needed for basic comfort is provided. The breakfast was so good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The food - breakfasts were always excellent and I had an absolutely incredible makhani curry! The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were all excellent. Fantastic value for money. Great location for West Quay, cruise ships or just a general visit to Southampton.
