Lagoa’s studios and apartments have a kitchen with a microwave and a separate dining area. The living area has a sofa and TV, while some also open out onto a patio. Rooms are decorated with bright colours and artwork. This was an exceptional stay. From start to finish, Pilar made us most welcome. She was an extraordinary host, the house was incredible and it’s a perfect base to explore this side of the Algarve. I would highly recommend and for sure I will undoubtedly return. It was just brilliant in every way possible.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Vila Lobo Algarve is a holiday park set in a historic building in Faro, 9.3 km from Church of São Lourenço. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace.

With a private bathroom, units at the holiday park also feature free WiFi, while some rooms are fitted with a balcony. This cute house exceeded my expectations. Everything was recently renovated and with a lot of care as a homeowner would, with fresh flowers even on the patio table. It contained all possible amenities you might need during your stay, e.g. from tupperware to oil and spices for cooking. There are lots of nice areas to hangout in the garden and it's very quiet. Check-in was easy, even late at night.

Enjoying tranquil surroundings of pine forests and gardens, Pinhal Da Marina offers a generous pool area. The spacious apartments come with private terraces and dishwashers.

All apartments are south-facing and overlook the gardens or the pool area. Each has a kitchenette with a microwave. A take-away service at the Pin Mar Restaurant is available. I stayed for two nights. Apartment was lovely, two nice pools to choose from. I was allowed to check in early. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that.

Located 2 km from Vilamoura Marina and Falésia Beach, this modern resort is within 1 km of Vilamoura's golf courses. Its 2 outdoor pools are framed by landscaped gardens.

The spacious apartments of Parque Mourabel Oasis Village & Pé do Lago include balconies, and fully equipped kitchens. Superior apartments only, are air conditioned. From the time we arrived the staff were wonderful. They are very polite and would do anything for you. One staff member in particular was a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he was the older gentleman that was in the restaurant part of the hotel. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant for all meals was cheap and cheerful and the portion size was good. The hotel is a small bit out of the way but saying that it is perfect for families that don't want the hustle and bustle or party life.A walk to the main marina was around 20 to 25 mins. Would highly recommend using an Uber or bolt taxi to travel further.

Located in Moncarapacho, 5 km from Olhão and a 10-minute drive from the Fuseta Beach, Centre Algarve boasts large pátio áreas, a swimming pool, a paddling pool, a petting zoo and extensive gardens.

All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen TVs, WiFi, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, private bathrooms and have access to either a balcony or patio. very relaxing and secure. They have an electric gate that you have to go through to get onto the property.

Surrounded by manicured gardens and 3 swimming pools, Old Village & Prestige is located in Vilamoura, a 5-minute drive from Falésia beach. It offers self-contained apartments with free access to an outdoor swimming pool. The Old Village is such a great area; clean, family oriented, but great for singles or couples too. I stayed with my children for the first week, then moved location and stayed alone for a week. So it was perfect- quiet if you need that, or easy walk to a restaurant or bar and you can find a busier place cif you need it too. The pools are very well serviced and supevised. If you stay in Prestige you only get access to a quiter pool. Or stay in the Old village and you get access to the more family oriented pools.

The private and spacious accommodation features air conditioning, cable TV, and large balconies. The elegantly decorated unit also offers free parking. Daily breakfast is served in the room.

For some relaxing moments, the leisure centre offers an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam bath and a sauna. Fantastic location and lovely clean apartments. Well equipped and facilities were great. Staff friendly and helpful and lots of variety and fresh fruit / croissants at breakfast. Would love to go back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
