All units at the holiday park are fitted with a seating area. All units have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the holiday park, each unit includes bed linen and towels. We stayed at Nini’s seaview bungalow for three nights, just a couple meters from the ocean. Nini’s is the only place with both restaurant and bungalow facing the water, which is a huge advantage compared to other resorts (and very good value for money). The bungalow is very comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated. The spaces are nicely designed, the food is amazing, and we will miss having breakfast with sea view. With only two bungalows, the atmosphere remains very familiar. Nini and the staff were very helpful and happily accommodated our requests, the service was exceptional. Bira is not as touristy as other Indonesian islands, don’t expect plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars, but if you are looking for a beach escape the place is perfect. Don’t miss out on diving and snorkeling.

The rooms here offers modern comforts and while maintaining the traditional decor. It is fitted with hardwood flooring, TV and dining table. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony or the garden view from the terrace. The private bathroom comes with a shower and towels. We like the nice bedroom with good view. Manaek is a great personne. Her food is fantastic very tasty. She is very kind and smiling. We recommand her homestay.

It features a private beach area and a restaurant. Super friendly staff. The owners are great. There is a very friendly vibe. The food is delicious, homemade and shared with the other guests. The view from the room is incredible. The restaurant/ lounge area is super comfortable. Great dives and snorkel opportunities with equipment can be arranged on site. Diving instructors are amazing. You can even snorkel from the beach. Motorbike rentals can be arranged.

Guesthouse Guesthouse The 4 Fish is located in Tongkaina. Just 18 km from Manado and a 10-minute walk from a dive centre. It features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and rooms with views of the valley from the terrace. Free internet and parking are provided. Staying here even for one night is a must if you come to Manado. Forget every hotel, because you will find here first class service, food and view. We simply love it. Wifi/ Internet is stable and fast above all!

Located in Bunaken, 3WILL Bunaken Dive Resort is only a short distance from beautiful snorkelling and diving spots. It boasts a diving centre, massage services and a tour desk.

Each private cottage comes with a fan and a private balcony which offers views of the surrounding greenery. It features an en suite bathroom, mosquito nets and toiletries. It also has a seating area. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home! We tried delicious food, got to know the islands culture and went out for amazing dives🐢 Thank you so much Tomek and Mustafa! ☺️

This property can also help arrange dolphin tour upon request and at an additional charge. The nearest diving and snorkeling spot can be found just a 2-minute walk away. Snorkelling gear is available with a fee. Clear water with clean beds and delicious meal.

Located right on Bara Beach in Bira, Cosmos Bungalows offers a beautifully simple beachfront accommodation where each bungalow has sea view. Free on-site parking space for guests who drive. The property has a lot of staircases and may not be suitable for elderly or young children. Bungalow was very cozy. A little bit small, but very comfortable. The view was amazing.

Located on Bunaken Island along the Pangalisan Beach, Cakalang Resort offers diving and snorkeling opportunities on-site. It has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk.

Fan-cooled bungalows come with free Wi-Fi and feature garden and sea views. Tea/coffee-making facilities and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities are available. The food was very good. Ferdinand was great, the ferry wasn't running so he was able to find alternative transportation back and forth so we didn't miss out on our time at Bunaken. The reef is right in front of the facility.

Set on a mountain with views of natural scenery, Gardenia Country Inn is a 10-minute drive from Tomohon Traditional Market. Enjoying a peaceful location, it has a meditation pavilion and a hiking trail. The property is just gorgeous. It's big, so you can roam around seeing the views towards the volcanoes. It's full of flowers everywhere, and there are tons of wild birds that visit the place, so it's a great place for birders and photographers. The area looks more like a park or garden, just beautiful. The restaurant area is very cozy, and you can easily spend a few hours relaxing on the terrace. We also liked the staff, always ready to help and assist you. The manager is very friendly and communicative, with great insight into the area and local costumes. The cabins are spacious, clean, and comfortable , with great views from the front terrace. They are located on the edge of the property, so they have a lot of privacy.

Housed in hill-facing wooden cottages, the basic rooms are all equipped with a satellite TV and mosquito net. Private bathrooms come with running hot and cold water. Some rooms have a minibar and fridge. Clean, friendly and helpful staff.
