Everything was perfect and just as described, I couldn’t have wished for anything better.

The modern Portuondo bungalows are surrounded by the Basque countryside, and offer wonderful views onto the Mundaka Estuary. The site has a seasonal swimming pool.

All of the Portuondo bungalows have a furnished terrace with a barbecue, TV and private bathroom. They also have heating and a kitchen with microwave and kitchenware. WiFi is available in public areas for a supplement. This is a great property in a scenic location. The site was busy while we were there, but it never felt over-crowded and it was quite peaceful. We had a mobile home with a terrace and it was perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed wine on the terrace even in the rain. Each mobile home had there own barbecue and parking space. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Mundaka town - would recommend you walk to Mundaka as parking is very difficult! There is a larger supermarket in Bermeo. The on-site restaurant is wonderful, but on the higher end in terms of costs and ambience - food is worth it! We liked this place so much we ended up changing part of our trip to return.

Apartments range from studios, 1 bedroom or 1/2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. All are fitted with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with bath and shower.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September. Board games can be borrowed on site. Warm & Friendly welcome. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Dishwasher was a handy bonus! Nice beds & view with palm trees outside. Easy parking self contained & would have liked to have stayed longer!
