What an amazing stay. Our hosts Thomas and Irmi were so helpful with everything. Houses are spatious and very well equiped with everything you need for comfortable stay. They offer home eggs, bread and much more home made stuff. Sauna was a nice bonus. All in all I woul definitely recomend this beautiful place and I hope to come back

Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.

This modern, spacious, and clean apartment offers an incredible view of Filzmoos and the ski center. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering. It's a short walk to the nearest ski slope, with a lift passing right over the house. Located just up the hill from the village and minutes from the swimming pool (free with tourist card), it's ideal for families. Easy car parking and a quiet location. The walk to town is short but steep, so a car is helpful. Perfect for a ski break!

We spent 4 days at the beautiful Unterlettlhof. The kids loved it. It's very well maintained and connected. Our host was superb from welcoming us to saying good bye. We would definitely recommend the host and the property for a nice family holiday.
This was truly an exceptional stay. We went to this hotel for a relaxing few days in spa and it was beyond our expectations. Starting from rooms and ending with the food - everything was great. You can even order to sleep on the herbal pillows - which gives you an extra relaxation. Spa is really great with many saunas and swimming pools, natural lake. Definitely will come back!
Modern, clean mobile home, privately owned in a camp site mostly for permanent campers.
Perfect for a family holiday! Best part of the hotel is playground, swimming pool and the animals. Kids loved it there so much that they didn’t want to leave!
