The location is fantastic, located at the central point in downtown Seattle. The personnel was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating regarding the issues we faced - They offered us the parking and the breakfast to compensate. There was an access to the swimming pool and a hot tub.
The suite offered everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The very comfortable beds, bathtub, ice maker, BBQ, utensils, etc, were great. Leane was very helpful and informative and adaptable. The paperwork seemed to be a challenge at first, but once I found it my Junkmail folder it was simple. I asked for early check-in and owner said that was not an issue either ... unit was ready by noon. And it was awesome value for money. Very happy camper!
Location.. Close to Jazz Alley!! In downtown... Restaurants and entertainment close by. Very good option for a home base to see around Seattle and outlying areas.
Comfortable beds... Linens... Very nice..
City view night or day is amazing...
The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Not only is the hotel itself unique and beautiful, with a captivating historic charm, but the level of customer service surpassed any experience I've had at other hotels. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing valuable information about popular dining spots, entertainment options, and more. Additionally, the valet parking service was simple and convenient, adding to the overall seamless experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.
Very convenient for us with a camper that needed to be parked and cleaned and tidied before we fly home. The kitchen had a large fridge and everything we needed for cooking.
The bedroom was large for repacking our bags and equipment. The bathtub was easy to get in and out of.
There were no other guests staying so we had the place to ourselves.
Close to direct metro line into town.
The amenities in the room were great.
The en suite shower room was very clean and fresh.
However, I was extremely disappointed to find the fitness suite closed for building works
and at a charge of nearly 200$ for one night and no catering on site I felt this was unacceptable!
Went down the road to the Dbltree Hilton and had a swimming pool, fitness suite and two restaurants for less!!
Your price point needs oozed at!

Very good public transport outside the hotel.
