A high standard airport hotel boasting a five minute walk to the main terminal. Excellent swimming pool and facilities as you would expect from Novotel. Clean, comfortable room with helpful and pleasant staff. Several restaurants from which to choose. I probably would not choose to spend my entire holiday here but overall, a very nice experience.
As always the staff is great. Location for us was great and the restaurant and the on site mini-mart makes the stay very comfortable. Swimming pool and gym at the hotel and the location is just fantastic for travellers on Suvarnabhumi airport.
Nice location just 10 minutes drive from Bangkok's airport. They have a swimming pool and a restaurant at site. Both were very nice. Great staff, very helpful. Shuttle bus to the airport was also convenient. Surrounding area seemed very quiet at night, but planes passed closed to the hotel on the approach to the airport. Will stay here if we need a stopover next time...
Very nice place ., Nice and Warm welcome from OF manager Khun Ponphan., khun Franky and all staff there. Room look very nice view to the huge swimming pool. We will come back again and again.
My daughter enjoyed both swimming pools a lot. Restaurant had great food. Nice balcony with pool view. Location near the airport and the shuttle bus service was great. Staff was nice and very helpful. When we left to the airport my daughter forgot her hand bag at the hotel lobby and they sent it with the next shuttle bus to the airport 👍.
