Very clean hotel , very nice smell , free parking , swimming pool , kids club , fantastic location with all services nearby , they allowed late checkout for us , will book again every vidit ho Jeddah ISA.
The hotel is very good and staff is even better. Having all necessary requirements for a hotel to be. Swimming pool, gym operational but I think spa and Sona is not operational or maybe a paid service on demand. Restaurant is within and complementary breakfast is best buffet. Rooms are exceptional.
Good location, very fancy rooms, with good space and a lot of facilities. The swimming pool was very good, but I didn't get towels for me. But it was a really good stay in this hotel. Maybe, a little expensive.
The swimming pool is clean, quite small, but it's okay because during our stay, the swimming pool is all to ourselves. Nobody is interested in the swimming pool. The room is clean. The staff at the front desk is helpful and fast during the check-in process. The location is great as it is near to the arabia mall where we went to buy our towel for our stay. We ordered chicken khabsa, MasyaaAllah big portion for 3 people. We enjoyed it.
The over all hotel venue and staff..:-) especially the receptionists Arab and Mohammed..they are very accommodating. The Bangali Room Cleaner Shonag? He is helpful and accommodating also. The Egyptian technician who fix my safety box was excellent he respond to the problem immediately..The restaurant set up and food was good..The swimming pool was huge and with good facilities. Highly commendable hotel to stay for leisure and business purposes.:-)
There were plenty of facilities to use such as a fitness/gym, swimming pool, relaxing spaces, cafes/restaurants.
The junior suite was extremely spacious and very conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel so I didn’t have to walk too much from the entrance.
The room was well stocked and clean.
The hotel staff especially the front of house staff always went above and beyond and were extremely friendly.
