The location is excellent and the staff are helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean and secured. There is a McDonald's right across and a lot of restaurants and entertainment around.
First time to Rotterdam. Arrived early but the receptionist offered a voucher drink, nice welcome action. The hotel is with good location and breakfast. The place is kind of sharing environment with additional entertainment. Impressive.
I liked that even with a standard room you get a nice bath, the bed is very nice, the view was nice but not like wow (maybe on friday or saturday then ppl go out and you have some entertainment to watch :D) Staff were very vriendly in the Hotel as well as on the phone.

Rooms was modern, stylish, coasy, comfortable. Location was stunning. Amazing view all around. Swimming pool and wellness excellent. We had such a good time, my family and I. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nice & cozy room, employee staff so friendly, many possible choices for tasty & healthy breakfast. TV + fridge. Swimming pool, spa & gym.

Everything was available what was to be expected and all worked properly. E.g. the sauna was working very well and the swimming pool was pleasant. Additionally the window could be opened (old fasioned - but I always like it). And the view was magnificent.
