Great location. Quiet neighborhood and only 5 mins by foot to Metro station (Lodi Tribb). In the room good walls so noises were isolated. Very clean rooms. In the bathroom various shampoons and gels. I liked hotel is offering towels everywhere : at the gym, at the swimming pool and in the room of course.

Rude unfriendly cleaning staff one of whom actually swore at me when I dared to ask her for something and then gave me hand wash to use instead of shower gel because they had run out!
All in all disgraceful
Excellent location, short walk to the Metro line and bus stop. Lots of good restaurants around and grocery stores are nearby. The apartment is very clean and equipped with amenities we need. It feels like home away from home. We also love that it has a lift. Customer service is excellent. You can ask any questions, and you will get a reply quickly via Whatsapp. Thank you, Milan Retreats, for making our family vacation in Milan memorable.
Brilliant location, perfect instant contact with owner, very good design and quality of materials used for renovation, clean apartment, good soundproof. You make our family holiday. From now and onwards we'll stay only in this apartment during visits to Milano.
The Hotel is simply the perfect place for a family getaway! We spent wonderful days enjoying the comfort and coziness of this hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for family vacations – close to attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. The breakfasts were delightful – a wide variety of dishes satisfied each of us. But perhaps most importantly, the friendly and attentive staff created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort throughout our stay. We will gladly return here again and again!
This is a lovely, friendly, helpful place staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. We had a family room on the third floor it was spotless and beds so comfy. Entertainment was good too !!

The terraces above the restaurant offer a wonderful view of Milan's skyline and a great place for a drink.
Great location right near the metro and 15 min walk to centre. Lovely breakfast, clean spacious rooms and a lovely swimming pool. The staff were lovely, helpful and great with our children. This hotel needs some better photos as the ones on here don't do it justice! 10/10
