Comfortable room and bed, really nice shower. The AC in the room is very powerful and was perfect on hot days.
The staff are fantastic so friendly and helpful, they really are a credit to the hotel.
The bar is great at night, there are board games and cosy areas to sit and have a drink.
The location is perfect (for me at least), it’s a stones throw away from restaurants, a shopping mall, swimming pool, gym and the central station
The location was excellent in terms of convenience - everything was quite close and within reasonable walking distance, from grocery shops to regular shops, various forms of entertainment, public transport, etc.
The beds were comfortable, and the shower was rather spacious; the facilities overall were satisfactory.
The bed was huge. There was a small wine bottle on arrival with a lovely card from the cleaning lady. Everything was supertidy and neat. Lot of personnal touches. Good strong shower. Parking was cheaper than expected. Tv links to your phone. Water in the swimming pool was nice and warm warm. The size of the pool was perfect. The restaurant Amazing decorated. We had a nice glass of wine and coffee there. Such a photogenic space. We also loved the glass elevator.
Lovely cosy home, looked lovely, comfortable beds and soft towels. Tea, coffee and milk provided which was nice, as was soap and cleaning products. Kids enjoyed sitting in the back conservatory and having their own little space. Garden looked nice but the weather meant we didn't venture out! Such a luxury to stay in a bungalow, the baby had free reign because there was no stairs for her to fall down. Easy check in with key box meant we could arrive late without feeling guilty about keeping the owner up.
excellent value for money, good sized swimming pool - much bigger than most hotel pools, and helpful staff. We had requested a quiet room and were pleased to be given a very peaceful room well away from any live entertainment.
