The whole place was clean and neat. They aren't lying about the stairs but getting to the top and into the caravan is worth it. Found everything we would need for the stay including hairy dryer and different types of tea.
Location is amazing as you are near the old town and the battle ground.
Also the location of the caravan is prefect too as it was close to the main building too enjoy the facilities but not too close that the night entertainment will keep you up.
Staff are lovely and so helpful in the bar.
Becareful of the washing machine as it is powerful.

This is not a holiday park. It is a residential park Location good but accommodation and park not the standard expected. Especially for the price paid. Photos attached.

This was our 1st time staying at a Caravan park, and we loved it. We had inside and outside space to use, a beach next door, shops not too far away, and a pool to swim. The house had different ingredients supplied, and even milk was in the fridge with some Starbucks coffee for the coffee machine.
What an amazing location. It was quiet and peaceful, just what I needed. The views were out of this world. A very well equipped bungalow, it was spotlessly clean and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
This is one property that exceeded my expectations. Sooooo much room and very comfortable inside. The living area was huge and the master bedroom too, with lovely en-suite. The twin room had full size very comfortable beds with loads of space. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Outside furniture provided too! Bar with food and entertainment on site.
Highly recommend and will be booking again.
Didn't have breakfast , not happy for additional cost for using facilities within the site ie, swimming pool etc. Reception often late in opening, entertainment a bit hit and miss. Very slow service at the bar.
Lovely accommodation in a great location, close to beach and easy to get to resturants and shops. Very clean and comfortable for our extended family holiday. Double bedroom has ensuite bathroom and dressing area, second full size bathroom was great too. All even nicer than the photographs. Kitchen well equipped. Hosts were easy to contact and helpful when we had questions.
Great location on a great holiday park. Stones throw to the beach. Quiet holiday park no disturbance at night. Bus stop outside the gates that takes you straight to EastBourne or Hastings.

We were welcomed by host and found everything we needed for our two night stay. Located next to the Boathouse with swimming pool, family entertainment, arcade and really close to the beach. A fantastic break in a clean and very comfortable holiday home! Would totally recommend!
