I did like the wood panelling inside very nice and it was very clean and the cutlery was ornate the beds were comfortable and it had nice decking The TV was providing a vast array of channels and there was dvds and games to play It was in a nice area under the trees The site has a shop open until 5.30 pm there was a restaurant which was large and swimming pool a gym and tennis courts and outside pool The gentleman who owns the caravan was most helpful and helped me with the heating

This was over nite before catching ferry didn't go to entertainment as needed early start nice greetings as you walk in clean and tidy cant comment on food as we had already eaten

We had an initial problem with our apartment due to my mobility needs and our small children. The hotel moved us to another apartment which was much easier for us. We were also offered a complimentary cream tea as we were unable to get one the day before. It was delicious, do book it!!! The outdoor swimming pool is a real treat and for colder days there is an indoor one. The hotel is lovely and the staff really aim to please. We must shout out housekeeping Wendy and Lucy for being so understanding.

An amazing bungalow, super clean and tidy , very well equipped and in a very quiet location. Adrian the host was very knowledgeable of the area , and very friendly and helpful . Close to the New Forest , and lots quaint places . A lovely garden centre nearby , with a superb cafe , serving breakfast, meals , snacks and afternoon teas . Highly recommended place to stay

Fanstastic caravan! Clean, comfortable, nothing to complain about! :) Located in a great area:) Perfect communication with the hosts :) Thank you for having us!:) After buying a PASS, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the entrance to a bar and a restaurant . There is also a souvenir shop.

Location of the property was superb. Spa and swimming pool facilities were very good. Our self catering one bed superior apartment was very comfortable and quite spacious with all the essentials with kitchen for a family of 3. It was located in the mansion house with a balcony overlooking the ground and the solent coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

- Location was excellent. 15 min walk to a nice beach. - Equipment was very good, especially the dishwasher and coffee machine. - Cleanliness: the place was spotless - Bigger inside than I expected for a mobile home - Nice deck at the back with table and chairs, and an outdoor sofa. - Campsite facilities were good too. Use of the swimming pools was included. The site was pleasant and quiet at night.
