Unfortunately the shower door didn't stay closed and the shower head you had to hold because it wouldn't stay in place. There was no pillow case's and under sheet and duvet cover for the pull out bed

Caravan clean and comfortable. We were received with a bottle of wine which was lovely.

Caravan was spotless (except for the sofa) and the location of the park was brilliant. Basic necessities like washing up liquid and toilet rolls were provided which is always a welcome relief

The location is perfect, with easy access to entertainment. the room was fair everything was working. the swimming pool was warm and relaxing. the staff did their best to help visitors.
From start to finish we had the most brilliant stay staff were amazing.. View from our room was lovely, clean and fresh, more than we expected, entertainment was great, breakfast was nice, swimming pool was an added bonus. There really is nothing I can moan about thankyou all 😁
I love staying here for the location as right next to beach and harbour. Great view from my room. The staff are friendly , helpful and hotel has entertainment on if wanted.great swimming pool and sauna. Always hot water in rooms and comfy bed .it's a friendly hotel with a great vibe and location.the dated decor doesn't effect my stay adds character. Just love it here and folkstone great value for money 😍
