This is not a holiday park. It is a residential park Location good but accommodation and park not the standard expected. Especially for the price paid. Photos attached.

Great staff. Brilliant location - right next to the seafront and bandstand - and very handy for the station and buses to other points along the coast, while Little Chelsea pubs and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes' walk away. Comfortable bed and good shower. It's a traditional hotel that mainly caters for an older clientele - there's nightly entertainment with bingo and singers - but everyone is made really welcome.
Staff were very friendly, the bedroom was bright which was important for my husband.
The bed was firm with lovely new firm full pillows and had nice fixtures..
Loved the swimming pool, most of the time l had it to myself..

The hotel is very central near the pier and sea. Also near a bus that goes to Brighton and Hastings, hop on bus and Dotto train It has a bar that serves food which is helpful if you don't feel like going out and set dinner. Also entertainment at the weekend.
