Very clean and beautiful cozy cabin. Was lovely summer holiday the Kids and we loved the place. It had everything we needed. Karen was really lovely and helpful.

Close to all the amenities, pool , all the facilities, nice fork down to Goodrington beach, and Splashdown 👍🏻, well kept grounds, plenty of takeaways and restaurants , it was a bonus having a Hot tub which was very relaxing 👍🏻,, good to hear that the maintenance Man on recite came and checked the hot tub twice a day 👍🏻,

The caravan was clean, yes it's an older caravan but that is definitely reflected in the price.
The host was helpful when we had a tiny issue with one of the passes.

We love the place and location but what let it down when was the wifi. We couldn’t get any and it was down in the caravan and when u got 2 kids It was a nightmare with them has kids today live on there iPads and that. That’s the only thing that let it down but part from that we love the place and definitely go back.
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities holiday park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or holiday homes, and spend their stays enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant or trying new on-site activities.
Had the code ready before hand so was able to get there and get in it was so much less hassle.
It was 5 minutes from the coast had lots entertainment on site and outside it, amazing restaurants near by. Neighbours were respectful and nice. Was able to log into our Netflix and Disney plus. Pool was lovely, unfortunately you have to get there at 8:30 to be able to book a spot. Night entertainment was hilarious and our kids loved dancing away with the staff. Hosts were quick at responding during our stay. Definitely would stay again.
We like the place, location, facilities and most specially the host. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we have questions. Family holiday with under 5s have access to the kids club and pool in the holiday park. We enjoyed a 12 min walk to the beach as well. Launderette on site is very helpful.
Suggestion for the host: please check the lighting where the twin beds are.
We will book again when we get the chance.
Cute, clean pods in a beautiful setting. In walking distance to the local shops, takeaways, funfair and beach.

Ideal stay for a couple nights, good price and good amenities on site - swimming pool, bar/restaurant, amusement arcade.
I was given a room and ensuite in a little bungalow outside the main hotel. It was so cute. I could park the car very near to it too. The swimming pool was good; there was even a small fitness room. The views from the property were superb. Dawlish is within walking distance and if the tide is out, the walk along the sea wall is very beautiful. The reception staff were excellent and I was given a number of tips when I checked out. The bar staff were also very attentive and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Liked the location of the chalet. Very quiet area. Swimming pool was good. Excellent shop very close by. Large entertainment area. Beach close by...just a short walk. A few pubs close by. An arcade.
