Absolutely disgraceful place contacted booking.com as we literally checked in and left it was that bad the cost was £78 for one night booking.com gave us £7.80 back!!!! Please do not book here

The hot tubs were lovely and the rooms were nice and clean! There was bread butter, milk, cheese, cake and Prosecco ready for us on arrival and kitchen facilities were great.

The caravan was clean and tidy. The shower was fantastic and the beds comfy. The location to the beach was amazing. It was also close to the entertainment off site
Perfect location for amenities. Beach, theme park, splash park, entertainment, supermarket and takeaways all within a 5 minute walk from caravan. Caravan was clean and spacious, enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Beach was great for walking the dog, only 5 minutes from caravan.
Good communication before, during and after the stay. Easy check-in and check-out. The caravan is clean, comfortable and in a great location, close to Brean Leisure Park. Entertainment passes were a welcome bonus too, as they include a discount on swimming etc. Would definitely stay here again
I would highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts have made it home from home. It is equipped with everything you need plus extras. It's very clean and smells lovely as you walk in. Close to the entertainment and Chinese and just a short walk away from the shop and chipshop.
Very confortable, well equiped bungalow, nothing was missing.
The closed and secure terrace was perfect as we travelled with young children.

It was in a ideal location everything we wanted was within a few hundred yards beach on doorstep aswell as pubs entertainment food places funfair etc kids loved it
Lovely caravan, all lovely and clean, comfortable. It had everything we needed. In nice quieter area of the holiday resort. About 5 mins walk to main gate and reception. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the owner. Couldn’t fault anything. Yes it’s simple and there are more posher and nicer caravans but for price it was great
