The location was what we needed for a family event we were attending. We ended up doing some sight seeing and the location worked well for that, lots of interesting things to go see.
The caravan did seem reasonably new, nothing was broken within it, just needed a good deep clean.
We did like the fact it was on a site with facilities (pool etc,,), sadly we discovered that these were all at an additional cost, something that wasn’t made clear at the time of booking.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet part of the complex. Really clean and comfortable accommodation felt like from home to home. Asda was near by so was really helpful in getting bits in.

The chalet was lovely inside, decorated beautifully. It was clean and very well stocked with all you could need for the stay. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. They fitted in the bunk beds no problem. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Our second visit - reception staff excellent, especially the girl whose brother also works at the hotel ( cant remember her name) , who was really good with our 6 yr old grandaughter. Booking system for private use of indoor swimming pool great, also love plated breakfast instead of self service buffet.
From the very friendly greeting from Shannon on reception right to the room, the comfortable bed, very good food and lovely views in a outstanding location, we couldn't have been happier. We even had a swim in their lovely swimming pool.
From the moment I turned up, I felt so welcome. Deborah was so lovely & we chatted for such a long time before she showed me to my room. I stayed in the twin room for 2 nights & I loved it, the beds were so comfortable & the room was beautifully decorated. It's such a shame the weather was so awful as I would of loved to try the swimming pool & Jacuzzi out. I will definitely go back & stay again. It's such a fabulous B&B & I will definitely go back.
House was clean and tidy. Facilities were very good. Bread, milk and biscuits left by owner as welcome gift. Bed was very comfortable. Games and DVD’s there for our own entertainment. A very enjoyable short break away with the family. Would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in that area.
The breakfast was very good . The swimming pool was lovely and warm . The hotel was so clean and very modern . Everything was lovely such a lovely break everything was fine wounderfull
