Internet nowadays is everywhere, why pay 27 euros for only 3 access codes? that is hard any usage costs for the residents, Why paying so much extra for it? Also, we asked is we could a cleaning set, because it was available at the reception desk but they told us those packages were only for short stay e.g. 1-4 days and not for week. Why?
Laundry we need to bring to the racks ourselves, could be included with the check-out as well.
The swimmingpool was overcrowded, no place to change and the jacuzzi was constantly occupied with way too many people. Also the Sauna was so tiny, the smallest I ever seen , where you are also packed when 5 people were inside.
Also the hygiene of the apartment is fully depending of the previous occupants of the apartments, so standard service is not what you normally might expect from a average holiday rental like this vacation residents.

Location was excellent. Having a ground floor with a mini courtyard was great! Lots of parking available but extra $$.

Everything was excellent, the room was very warm, good location - less than 5 minutes to bus stop, quite area, grocery shop in 10 minutes walk, friendly staff.

We visited in July. Ample car parking and we appreciated the swimming pool. No kettle in the room but friendly staff found one for us. Good location for starting Les Routes des Grande Alpes.
The apartment has everything you need - including ski lockers - the location is superb in the middle of the resort with parking just below the apartments.
The swimming pool is great to use as well as the jacuzzi.
we didn’t know if we would get the extra bathroom so were delighted to have it; it made a huge difference to our family holiday. We have stayed with CGH a few times before and really enjoy all of the facilities.
Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Only had breakfast once but it was very good and seemed to be locally sourced and produced. Swimming pool and wellness area was also top notch.
Facilities were great, Sauna, Steam room, hot tub, swimming pool. Location is good, direct bus to super Châtel or Lake Vonne
