The room was basic but immaculately cleaned and very well put for storage. Beds were comfy.

The glass roof bungalows are comfortable and novel. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. the facilities seem to be quite new, especially the dining room.
The cutest dogs, the whole place is really nice and cozy. The hosts are easy going. The tiny house is nice but small, we really enjoyed the fireplace. The location directly at the lake on which you can walk in the winter is awesome.
The facilities for children in the hotel were great. There was a swimming pool, bowling alley and a play centre. There was a lot of sledges for hire and the hill for sledging was across the road. There was also rental of bikes and skis. The food in the cafe at reception was lovely and great value. Staff were helpful and ordered taxis that arrived very promptly.
We had a great time at Santa Clause Holiday Village. The kids enjoyed being pulled in the free sleighs available and the luggage that was delivered and picked up from our cabin also helped a lot. Being so close to all the activities like Snow World and meeting Santa was fantastic.
Dishing machine, swimming pool, sauna, free time activities, close to walking areas, not far from Rovaniemi city - can be reached by walk within 30 minutes - healthy and snowy, good breakfast. Nice talkative helpful reception. Customer friendly. Profesjonalism. Nice place. A lot of trees, spatious family rooms, luggage room.
We stayed for just one night but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy all the facilities: swimming pool, sauna, bowling, sports facilities… Breakfast was great and the room was basic but sufficient.
Great for families, the swimming pool, bowling, play area, gym etc was just wonderful. Great breakfast in the morning. The rooms were great with plenty of room for a family of five.
