Small room with pretty decent toilet and shower. The hotel has a small lobby which usually isn’t attended to by personnel. However, you can get some coffee or tea by yourself. Very nice place for people who are quite self-sufficient. There is a supermarkt in the same street and there are enough restaurants in the neighborhood.
There is a good swimming pool (Nordbad) within 1 km which is open for lane swimming (4,50€) and you can go for a run in The English Garden (also within 1 km).
The staff on check in were lovely. The room was perfectly clean and everything we needed was there. Loved the fact the coffee and tea brands in the room were genuinely good quality and not instant / cheap brands. After a few days of hiking around it was amazing to have a washing machine in the room to freshen everything up. Cooking facilities were great as well to make a nice easy meal. Bed was super comfy and the space was well utilised.
Swimming pool was nice and the sauna was great to relax in at the end of the day
Comfortable room, modern equipment and plenty space. The wellness is brand new and a real treat, a perfect addition to the gym and swimming pool. Nudity/FKK is well accepted in the sauna area of course. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby.
Swimming pool was clean and nice, kids and I liked. Environmental responsibility was ok, more recycling, please. It was ok that room was not cleaned everyday. That is a way to save nature (and costs).
I have only positive experience.I was there with my daughter.There was a little bit noisy in our bathroom at the night.Manager immediately changed the room.Swimming pool was clean and warm.Breakfast was wonderful. I want to thank the staff for the good attitude.
Excellent position to visit the Deutsches museum (5 minutes walking) and the city center (Marienplatz at 15 minutes walking! Very useful the parking under the hotel! Perfect swimming pool and sauna!
