A private enclosed backyard seating area, with table, chairs, and gas grill. Large TV plus a projection TV.

We all had beds to sleep in and none of us had to sleep on the couch or the floor! It was a very comfortable vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and the owner was responsive and great with messaging us back with clear instructions on how to enter the house and what the house rules were. The beds were all comfortable and it was a short drive to our destination.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 3 km from White House. The property is non-smoking and is situated 3.1 km from Walter E Washington Convention Center. This was a perfect house in a fantastic location for our DC trip. The house is clean & comfortable, our questions were answered promptly. A huge bonus is that there is free parking in the back of the house. Kitchen was easy to use for cooking some of our meals and relaxing together. Very much appreciated the fans in every bedroom. Shower water pressure was also wonderful. An easy walk to parks, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

It was just a perfect place for my husband, son and I. It was just 3 blocks to the main street where you catch the DC streetcar to Union station. We walked a few blocks down to get food at Whole foods for breakfast and snacks. Great and safe location!! We were very happy with our stay!! Thank you!!
