We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home was well maintained and clean as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Having access to laundry facilities was a major perk! Although free street parking was not 100% guaranteed, we were able to park every evening in front of the home! The VRBO owner made himself very accessible, but we didn't have any needs.

The property is exactly as described and depicted on Booking.com. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It's clear that the host cares a great deal and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The host responded quickly and solved the (very) minor issues we had (more linen for the beds). The house was equipped with almost everything we needed, although it would have been nice to have 2-3 more pots and pans (we cooked for two families). However, we didn't communicate it to the host because it wasn't critical for us, just something to pay attention to if you plan to cook a lot. The house was very clean, including the bathrooms. WiFi worked very well. Everything was in a working condition, and you can tell the host is paying attention to all the small detailes. HIGHLY recommended.

We all had beds to sleep in and none of us had to sleep on the couch or the floor! It was a very comfortable vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and the owner was responsive and great with messaging us back with clear instructions on how to enter the house and what the house rules were. The beds were all comfortable and it was a short drive to our destination.

The kitchen was very well equipped. It has everything you would need if you plan to cook (pots, pans, bowls, dish soap, sponge literally everything). The bathroom was also well equipped with hand wash soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner enough for a long stay. They even had single use makeup remover towelettes which shows how they want to provide whatever you might need even the smallest thing to make your stay pleasant. Makes you feel you have a caring host.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 3 km from White House. The property is non-smoking and is situated 3.1 km from Walter E Washington Convention Center. This was a perfect house in a fantastic location for our DC trip. The house is clean & comfortable, our questions were answered promptly. A huge bonus is that there is free parking in the back of the house. Kitchen was easy to use for cooking some of our meals and relaxing together. Very much appreciated the fans in every bedroom. Shower water pressure was also wonderful. An easy walk to parks, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. VERY CLEAN. I didn’t notice, but they also provide clean towels. Perfect touch of modernism. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Anything that’s not toddler friendly can be easily moved (really, just the glass tables and small items under the TV), everything else is toddler friendly. Very low-stress environment, but also visually appealing.
