Private parking and elevated backyard view of the city was a plus. It's obvious this host wants you to have a stress free stay. Another plus was the location of the Casino, it was about 4 miles away. JACKPOT location and I will definitely be back!

This holiday home is equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom equipped with a hot tub. A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area. Relaxation, plenty of room for a family of 4, remote and plenty of privacy for the price of a regular hotel room... The free beer from the kegerator was on point, cold and the frosted mugs in the freezer was truly a blessing after a long haul road trip! Kids were content roasting mellows out back while we relaxed on a super soft couch... The very comfortable bed and the ACs kept the place cold and cozy and the drive back to town was not that bad for all those "ah I forgot..." Great back porch and scenery for sipping that frist cup of coffee... Appreciate the history on some of the architecture. That was a cool touch! Definitely worth trying this place!!! We will be back!

Location was great in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and nice bar spots.. the house is absolutely beautiful love the bathroom as I didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi tub I should have .... Kitchen was nice and open very spacious.... Lots of storage closet space...

A bird feeder in the beautiful backyard provided continual entertainment as we watched birds, squirrels and chickens come to partake of the generous supply of bird seed. Coffee in plentiful supply with a Keurig. Comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and plenty of room to feel at home. Everything was perfect and hope to be able to stay there again next time we visit Tyler. Situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.
