There is also a seating area and a fireplace. This little house was a perfect place to stay. It's a ~6 minute easy walk to the beach, grocery, shops and restaurants. The house is so quiet, and even with the windows open at night to let in cool air the house is nearly silent. The decor is comfortable and clean. The house has good lightening for relaxing. There is not one thing in this new house that was dirty, flimsy or in disrepair. We enjoyed the board games and the side yard by a little stream. The taco truck nearby is delicious! The view and location to the beach was incredible. The beach itself is very clean and you can have a fire right on the sand!

We had room 3 at the the Three Arch Inn and our view was spectacular as we overlooked the beach. Room was very clean and tidy and we had no issues checking in( I did see that that was a pain point for some people, but we had 0 issues).

The front desk man is very kind, a very good person, the room is very clean, everything is very good.
Location is excellent, beautiful view of the river from the room patio. The front desk staff were fantastic, very friendly and engaging, going out of their way to find us the best deal. The full kitchen, in suite laundry facilities and separate bedroom area were lovely!! Good breakfast and even has a roof top terrace for sunsets! Very clean and spacious, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
