It had lots of sitting areas. My favourite was the sun room which has a fantastic view.. It's close to the village - about a 10 min walk up the hill. Our hosts recommended a great simple family restaurant with tasty food for a reasonable price. The apartment is located away from Goreme so it's quieter and less touristy. We would definitely stay here again.

At the holiday home, some units are soundproof. This was an absolute gem and felt like a friendly home to return to after each amazing Cappadocia excursion. The house simply had every single thing we needed for a self-catering stay. With 42°C temperatures, the cool house was a welcome retreat. They neighbourhood felt like normal people just going about their lives, but you are just around the corner from the town centre - with a view of the Ortahisar castle from the enclosed balcony. We wouldn't have wanted to experience this lovely area any other way.

The property is very well maintained. The host Irem is super friendly and you can just whatsapp for any help and she will arrange it. We travelled as 2 two couples with 2 kids and the kids really enjoyed playing in the main living room. Our house had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was really comfortable for a group of our size. The property also has its own terrace which is a nice place to hangout as a group. In the morning, you can remotely see the hot air balloons as well. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
