Beautifully designed, well equipped and spotlessly clean villa. The property is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood. The host (Nishaharan) was extremely helpful and kind. The staffs are also excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. Nishaharan was always available and nothing is too much trouble for him. Nishaharan organised everything that we wanted and he went over and beyond to help our needs. We had a pleasant stay here and we will certainly come back here again.

Location was excellent and centre and good transport link. Staff was helpful & proactive and helped in every incident. Cleanliness was great. Kept in top order. The beds comfy and very clean. Good location in town but down a quiet steet so no noise issues. Close to some good places to eat (go to the Malayan Cafe) and the bus terminal. A bit of a long walk but still walkable to the fort. Along the way you'll pass through some markets and the public library which is a beautiful old building. Staff were friendly and there was security outside. There was a shared lounge area between a couple other rooms where you could make a tea and sit down. Air con was crispy cold and there was a fan too. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

I really liked the room, it was very clean, although the hotel itself doesn't necessarily look like that from the outside.
We planned to stay there for one night, but ended up staying four. It’s very clean and has enough space to spend time either on the big balcony or in the living room. Host family is lovely and helps with everything you need - from ordering pizza to doing your laundry. During the sunset you can check out the fruit bats, who live close by. This place has a very good vibe and I definitely recommend.
The family was so welcoming and sweet! It was very clean. A full (shared) kitchen. Nice bathroom. It is well worth the cost. The little boy was a delight. Highly recommended! Jaffna is a must visit!
