The property consists of a 3 bedroom villa and a one bedroom bungalow. Each bedroom is ensuite with bathtubs and outdoor rain showers that are full of tropical plants. Both the villa and bungalow have open plan living room/kitchens and private outdoor dining areas with large teak tables. We've stayed at many wonderful places during our travels, but this place was really one of the very best for us. The property is lovely and very clean. The pool is nice, you can take in the view from their lookout tower, and they have options for eating dinner (our 2nd night, they had a barbecue with a bonfire and torches lit around your table). The room was also fantastic... incredibly clean, very spacious, and had anything and everything you'd need as a traveler. We did a full day game drive with Nelson, and he was a great driver and guide... we eventually saw a leopard towards the end of the day! Lastly, the staff are some of the most friendly people ever. Gamini is incredibly helpful, answering our questions on next steps of our journey (self-drive trip) and is just a great person to talk with to get to know.

It's convenient to book Yala National Park Safari from hotel. The villa seems great with beautiful swinging pool, it's a pity that I couldn't swim. Room facilities are kind of good,especially I see the kettle, that's really important for me.

The property is soundproof and is set a few steps from Gurupokuna Beach. Lovely studio set just back from the beach in a quiet and beautiful area. It’s was so wonderful to be in such a quiet and serene location with the waves the only sound. Nish is a fantastic host and the food was both delicious and plentiful. He very kindly organised a Sri Lankan cookery class with him and his Mum, also got to eat it afterwards, yum. The beach is stunning and had a few plays in the waves although a little rough to swim. Also had a yoga class a few minutes away which was hard but felt great after.

It has a great kitchen located on the balcony. It has everything you need: kitchen equipment, air conditioning, fridge and freezer, and multiple sockets to charge your phone. There is even a washing machine you can use! Wifi is also available and fast. The beds are large and very comfy. The view on the garden is amazing. The villa is close to the beach. The owner is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!! We even extended our stay there as it was so nice!

Offering a garden and garden view, Sumudu Modern Villa is set in Tangalle, 1.3 km from Tangalle Beach and 20 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. This villa offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The villa has family rooms. The room was big and clean. In front of the room was a nice terace with view on the garden. Sumudu (the owner) and her whole family treated us extremly nice and arranged everything for us. We got a lot of amazing food for breakfast which was included in the price. The house is situated near to the Rekawa lagoon and a few kilometers to a nice and calm beach. At any time we felt very welcomed because of Sumudu and her lovely family. Thank you for the nice stay at your guesthouse, we were really happy!
