The room is good size and everything was clean, which was for us the most important thing. We had an early check-in without any problem. We booked the Safari with them with a coscious driver for 105$ for 2 people. We also had dinner at the restaurant and eat very well. All the staff is welcoming and ready to assist you anytime.

The property consists of a 3 bedroom villa and a one bedroom bungalow. Each bedroom is ensuite with bathtubs and outdoor rain showers that are full of tropical plants. Both the villa and bungalow have open plan living room/kitchens and private outdoor dining areas with large teak tables. The Wild Lotus is a slice of paradise! A beautiful estate with a lot of quiet and serenity surrounding it. The staff (headed by the awesome manager Gamini) was extremely attentive, respectful, friendly, and helpful. We went on a 3/4 day Safari with Sodu, an exceptional guide who was calm, informative, and easy to chat with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the national park and the animals, so we had the best time watching an elephant family taking a bath! The Wild Lotus also offers other activities like fishing or a bike ride. But we mainly enjoyed taking a swim, relaxing in the hammock, and drinking coconuts! The food we had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was absolutely amazing, too. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Wild Lotus & hope we’ll be back in the future!

Everything, I loved this hotel, it's worth every penny. The staff were so friendly, and actually very supportive. They helped me pack breakfast for the safari and it's so delicious (but the breakfast we had there in the morning was on a far next level). They put heart in what they do, i.e the pleasant scent in our room, the mosquitoes sticks on the balcony, the little light/candles along the way,... so many other things I like. We made a good choice booking a safari tour with the hotel, their tour guide, China (yes his name is China) has been doing his job for 20 years so he knew the best about the safari. We were able to see the majestic leopard thanks to China 🥰

Situated in Ranna in the Hambantota District region, Waves cabana kalametiya has a patio and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is soundproof and is set a few steps from Gurupokuna Beach. Lovely studio set just back from the beach in a quiet and beautiful area. It’s was so wonderful to be in such a quiet and serene location with the waves the only sound. Nish is a fantastic host and the food was both delicious and plentiful. He very kindly organised a Sri Lankan cookery class with him and his Mum, also got to eat it afterwards, yum. The beach is stunning and had a few plays in the waves although a little rough to swim. Also had a yoga class a few minutes away which was hard but felt great after.

It has a great kitchen located on the balcony. It has everything you need: kitchen equipment, air conditioning, fridge and freezer, and multiple sockets to charge your phone. There is even a washing machine you can use! Wifi is also available and fast. The beds are large and very comfy. The view on the garden is amazing. The villa is close to the beach. The owner is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!! We even extended our stay there as it was so nice!

The villa is beautiful and clean, we loved spending our evenings on the patio listening to the wind and the birds! It’s close to the most beautiful beaches in Tangalle area and the family is super nice, they always have us the best advice and little treats! The breakfast is delicious and abundant with a lot of variety, we tasted something different everyday and this is definitely the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka so far! Special mention for Rocky, most playful dog ever, and the neighbours kitten who came to visit us every evening in the garden for some cuddles! 😍

Located in Tangalle, near Paravi Wella Beach and Marakkalagoda Beach, Stuart House Tangalle is a recently renovated property, featuring, a private beach area and shared lounge. This villa has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. This is a beautiful period property in the colonial style of a hundred years ago or so I guess. Amazing high ceilings, classic furniture and chilled out verandas where you can sit and watch the birds and life go by. Lovely caretaker Jayantha on site who is the sweetest soul and who will do anything for you. He has limited English but the very helpful and responsive host Krishni will mediate if required. Pool not the biggest but enough to cool down when you need it. Excellent aircon in the bedrooms. Overall excellent value for money

Offering a garden and garden view, Sumudu Modern Villa is set in Tangalle, 1.3 km from Tangalle Beach and 20 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. This villa offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The villa has family rooms. The room was big and clean. In front of the room was a nice terace with view on the garden. Sumudu (the owner) and her whole family treated us extremly nice and arranged everything for us. We got a lot of amazing food for breakfast which was included in the price. The house is situated near to the Rekawa lagoon and a few kilometers to a nice and calm beach. At any time we felt very welcomed because of Sumudu and her lovely family. Thank you for the nice stay at your guesthouse, we were really happy!
