Nicely apportioned house in the center of town. It's on the alley in a reasonably quiet neighborhood (there's a mosque down the street, but the call to prayer is mercilessly subdued at night). It's very easy walking to all the sights. There are also several good restaurants in the vicinity and a grocery store 2 blocks away. The house itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedroom is kept comfortable with a strong AC. The host is a very nice person.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. We liked everything about the place. Specially the host who are really friendly and felt like home. A recently renovated villa located in Hikkaduwa, Laliz features a garden. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The rooms were comfortable and clean that we extended our stay for another night. We also had the villa all to ourselves!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.9 km from Urawatta Beach. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to location super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Very helpful owner..Great view on both sides(specifically sea view) Newly built rooms. Highly recommended for everyone..
