Nothing but good things to say about our stay in Lavender Cottage. the cottage was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. the hosts we absolutely amazing and such nice people it felt like a home away from home. the shower was amazing and we had hot water running through. it’s close to the shops and the station so easy to get in to Dublin but also away from the hustle and bustle. can’t wait to visit Ireland again and hopefully if not booked stay in Lavender cottage again. thank you for such a memorable stay.

The place was spotless and really comfortable. Dee had everything prepared, even some nice sweets and food when I arrived. TVs in each room and Sky subscription.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. 1) The food: we had 2 superb lunches. 2) The staff: went out of their way to take care of us. Carless, we were attending a wedding at another property seven miles away on what (unknown to us) was the busiest weekend of the summer--taxis were not available. Joanna Fennel arranged for a staff member to shuttle us to the wedding events. 3) the ambiance of the working farm and the garden-to-table ethos; and 4) the bed was really comfortable.
