We specially enjoyed the projector for movie nights ! a lovely note was also the picnic blanket that we used at the beach. To note we don't have a car, but you can walk quite easily to the beach and taxis can come and collect you.

The accommodation offers a fireplace. When I first arrived at Haven House on the Carlow/Wexford border, I felt like I had discovered a secret. The homely paintings, the warm lights, the wonderful decorations created the perfect scene. Set against a quiet, breathtaking mountain backdrop, it’s a very special place and the ideal spot for a break. The bedrooms were lovely, each with its own character. The beds were really comfortable, and waking up to the view of continuous green hills/mountains were just magical. It’s spotless, well equipped and everyone is catered for. But most of all, my favourite - after a very long journey, we were greeted by a lovely kitchen filled with wonderful options for food and drink including teas, coffee, local produce and a few cheeky chocolates. Our lovely host, Carmel, was the best - really responsive and made us feel so welcome. Especially by inviting us to see the farm, the beautiful horses and sheep. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s so close to some amazing hiking trails and a drive shorter than 10 minutes to local pubs and shops including Aldi. Overall, this cottage was a fantastic find. It’s perfect for anyone looking to escape and relax. Whether you’re into outdoor adventures or simply want to curl up with a good book by the fireplace, this has got you covered. Can’t wait to come back!

This recently renovated holiday home is located 10 km from Rosslare Europort railway station and 16 km from Wexford Opera House. The property is non-smoking and is situated 16 km from Wexford Railway Station. We stayed for 2 nights & wish we could have stayed longer! The house is beautifully decorated & the views from all angles stunning. There was everything you needed for a wonderful stay & the house was spotlessly clean and so inviting. We had been left some lovely supplies for when we arrived which was so kind & much appreciated. It was very easy to check in & our host came to check on us to make sure we had settled in ok. We visited a lovely place, Kilmore Quay where we had a lovely fish meal in a restaurant called ‘Pier 52’ which I highly recommend. I can honestly say that this was the best stay I’ve had in all of Ireland and look forward to returning.
