Opening to a balcony and a patio, all air-conditioned and split-level holiday homes of Alavastros come with 2 separate bedrooms. Each consists of a living room with TV and a kitchen with dining table and oven with hobs. I can only say positive things regarding our stay in Alavastros. The owners are just the kindest people ever. They welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and they helped us with everything during our stay. They fixed the car for us, did our laundry, and suggest every restaurant and beach on the island. The house is super clean and they take care of cleaning and changing the sheets and towels. The garden outside is the thing we loved the most. We did every morning our breakfast with an amazing sea view. In general super relaxing place, super quiet. There are a few restaurants and beaches that you can walk to, but on this island, I would really recommend a car. Especially to go to the best beaches you need a car.

Overlooking the garden, the air-conditioned apartments of Porto Gerakas are fitted with tiled floors, beamed ceilings and wooden furnishings. Each unit includes a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven and dining area. A TV and a private bathroom with shower are also available. We loved our villa very much. Comfy and private, nice and clean, silent and provided with all the necessary facilities. Air conditioning in the kitchen / entrance and in the bedroom. Balcony that surrounded the villa. The villa is 2/3 minutes walk from a mini market, three tavernas and Geraka Beach. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We will miss Geraka and them a lot!

Set in a lush area of pine and olive trees in Keri village, Revera Villas is a complex of stone-built units with a pool, restaurant and outdoor bar. It offers accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and sea or pool views. Revera was the most beautiful we stayed at our one month trip on Ionian Islands. It is far from from notorious Zakintos over populated with tourists areas, surrounded by beautiful nature, sincerely welcoming hosts, amazing traditional architecture and amazing view from balcony. Sunsets in that part of Zakintos are more beautiful then those in Santorini. It has peaceful pool, great breakfast with domestic products and recepies. You really don't need AC in rooms since nights are cooler in this area. Believe it or not there wer no insects in room, including mosquitos.

Situated in Agios Nikolaos and only 1 km from Agios Nikolaos Beach, Emerald Villas & Suites - The Finest Hotels Of The World features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has pool and garden views, and is 1.7 km from Kremidi Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Woah, the view is soooo incredible. And the room is so comfy and totally nice furnished. The staff is really, really nice and always interested to make your stay the best possible. We've been there in the middle/end of june and had sun from morning till 7 pm (but you also have an umbrella if you're not such a sun lover like me). We love the island, we've been there the second time and we will definitely come back to Zakynthos AND we will definitely stay at Emerald Villas & Suites again (it was just a dream). For all Zakynthos-Newbies: you'll need a car to travel arround especially when you stay at the north of the island, so thats a big recommendation!

Athenea Villas Private pools & private gardens individual is a traditional Ionian-style complex, just 500 metres from the beach. It offers country-style accommodation with free WiFi and views over the Ionian Sea. The view from the villa is so beautiful and so calm.

All fully air-conditioned houses have romantic-style details such as lace curtains, antique furnishings and a spa bath. Each villa and duplex maisonette has a garden area, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave and a dining area. Guests can watch satellite TV or DVDs in the spacious living room. Villas boast a private pool while maisonette come with a shared pool. Wounderful location and surroundings. Kids friendly beaches in walking distance. Lia (owner) was always very friendly and helpful.

Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage.

Modern installations include a DVD player, LCD TV with satellite channels in every room, laptop with internet access and design furniture. The place is so perfect that you won't even get out of the swimming pool to see the rest of the island :)
