The kitchen was well appointed and coffee was provided. It was a bit of a walk up the hills (recommend you use the donkey service both ways), but was so peaceful in the morning and during our midday rest. We were glad we were not “in town.” Loved sitting on the patio- especially in the evening. Our hostess was wonderful and could not be more helpful for all our needs. We loved this place. I was told that “Hydra is a vacation from your Greek vacation,” and this place had it all!

We were planning a surprise engagement and George and Alkyoni went above and beyond to secure the best table in a perfect restaurant and organized the most beautiful surprise flower arrangement for my bride to be. They were so gracious and helpful in coordinating one of the most memorable nights of our life. We are forever grateful to them.

The property is allergy-free and is located 2.7 km from Profitis Ilias Monastery. We loved everything about this quirky beautiful place in the heart of Hydra. From the super welcoming owner Dora, over the water filter, the grapes waiting for us, the wonderful views from the rooftop terrace to the lovely courtyard and nice furniture. We can only recommend it and we will hopefully be back one day.
