Beautifully Renovated Self-Contained Farm Cottage - close to beaches, North Berwick and the Golf Coast is located in North Berwick, 6.4 km from Muirfield, 31 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, and 31 km from Royal Mile. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Royal Yacht Britannia is 32 km from the holiday home and Arthurs Seat is 32 km away. We really enjoyed our two night break in this lovely cozy property. The location was great, so close to the National Air Museum which was well worth a visit. Concord was amazing to see! A short drive to North Berwick and Yellow Craig beach, both lovely to visit with the dog. Yummy fish n chips take away from North Berwick. So easy to catch the train into Edinburgh from the station opposite to the cottage. We enjoyed the log burner and watching movies on an evening. Yes the cottage is small but it’s very clean and nicely decorated with a modern feel. My 2 girls were happy with their single beds and we were comfy in the double bed. As mentioned restricted head height upstairs but we didn’t find this a problem. (I am only 5ft so no issues for me!) Thank you we would definitely return again and recommend to friends.

The master bedroom is also very, very big. We loved how stocked the kitchen was. Our family wishes we could’ve stayed longer because of how comfy it was.

This recently renovated holiday home is located 5.2 km from University of Edinburgh and 5.7 km from Royal Mile. The property is non-smoking and is located 5.7 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. The property is very close to the city centre, you can easily get a bus directly to the city centre. Plus this house is ideal for families and groups. The property had pretty much everything from clean rooms to furnished kitchen. They also do provide breakfast, which is a plus amongst all the listed houses here. The host mandy were a great host and were readily available for any help or responses. I would 100% recommend this property to people travelling to Edinburgh.

Boasting garden views, Penicuik Estate features accommodation with patio, around 15 km from EICC. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The estate was vast and beautiful; wide forests span the view with options to trail around the farm and immerse oneself in nature. The house accommodated a homely vintage atmosphere and felt very rural without diminishing the necessities of a comfortable modern lifestyle.
