It’s situated right opposite the Lamb House. The hosts gave us lots of information prior to our stay and reached out to us to check if everything’s fine. we really enjoyed staying here!

An amazing host whose objective is to make one's stay perfect - this is unusual these days and is much appreciated. Every last detail had been considered. Unfortunately I left my passport behind but Lynda posted it to me very swiftly ! A super great service !!! The big surprise was the views from the cottage - absolutely amazing and extremely beautiful. We felt like staying there all day to enjoy it, but the trips into Rye and other local places of interest were short and convenient.

Buffet breakfast was varied with hot and cold food. A La carte breakfast is also available. Room although a standard room was spacious and very clean . Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room. There is a walk in shower and separate bath which is good for the end of the day relaxation. Lots of parking on site. Good views over the golf course.

Our room was a good size, very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was satisfactory, all and more than what we normally have. The location was perfect for the theatre…..10 minutes away.
It was a lovely holiday home.very clean and comfy and inviting. everything was laid out drom towels tolet rolls tea and coffee . It was also amazing to see a bottle of wine and cake to welcome us and a bottle of milk for tea and coffee😊 I would love to stay again ☺️ The view from the lodge was fabulous. The hosts were excellent with being flexible with times going in and departing. Highly recommended 100%

Breakfast was great (I cooked!). Super location, really high spec for a holiday rental, very clean and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds. Will be difficult to stay elsewhere in Rye!
Excellent property in an idyllic setting. Everything exceeded our expectations. Hosts extremely friendly and accommodating. Very welcoming, with extensive knowledge of the locality and far beyond. Fresh cheese, milk and bacon in the fridge, plus some gluten-free cup-cakes awaited us upon arrival. A real jewel of holiday homes.
Lovely location, quaint cottage with superb amenities. Hosts went above what we’ve had provided at other holiday homes. The New Inn is the only place to eat and nice local store for essentials. Nice area to explore.
