Providing free private parking, the 4-star holiday home is 23 km from Snowdon. Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. The cottage had been beautifully converted and was lovely and quiet in the countryside. Everything was there, and some welcome treats for us as an added bonus.

There was a very well equipped kitchen, some welcome treats, pantry basics and good quality appliances. It was very quiet with lovely countryside surroundings. Although the bathroom was small (and this was clearly shown in the photos), it had everything we needed in it. Last but not least, the host made us feel very welcome and we would have felt very comfortable about asking for anything we needed.

The owners Leslie and Mike were very friendly and welcoming,the room was very clean and had everything you needed in there. I am gluten free and I was looked after very well with what breakfast I needed. We will definitely be going back there when we can and the location was fantastic,the sea and beach was a 2 minute walk away.
Hayley was very friendly and greeted us by names when we arrived. We were shown to our room and shown how things worked. We were then offered a time to go down for breakfast. Room was big enough, plenty of extras like clothes steamer, haidryer and info pack. Lovely sea view from the bed and chairs in room. Very clean room. Breakfast was a buffet style and was very tasty. Lots to pick from. Only downside is parking at back of hotel is quite tight but plenty of parking on the front and this was free.
We had booked The Rosedene for one night stay in Llandudno and we were over the moon with the hotel. It is very central in the town and a short walk to the pier. The room was perfect, very clean and had a kettle, tea and coffee in the room as well as biscuits. The owners were very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit again

As soon as we walked in the house our reactions were 'wow'. It was very clean with lovely kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms. The pictures do not do justice to the holiday home. There is also a lovely area to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks. We highly recommend this place.
