Nelson and Djamila are both awesome. If you are looking for an authentic Cape Verde experience, this is great place to start. Nelson and Djamila are happy to do as much or as little as you want - whether you want to do tours together, enjoy their great food, have drinks and dance with their friends, or simply chill out all day. They have friends coming and going regularly and good music. I found the experience comfortable and easy, they’re friendly and easygoing people. If you want to pair a stay here, some day hikes, and a trip out to Tarrafal for a few days (I stayed at the King Fisher) I think that’s a perfect week in Praia.

Hotel is very nice furnished, with new furniture. Room was very clean, they really take care about. Staff is just great, they were very helpful with all requests. Breakfast is nice, they did upon request amazing espresso as well. The property has also very good restaurant, specialized for grilled fish and seafood. I can highly recommend lunch or dinner there.
Fantastic establishment. Spacious rooms, big beds. All areas very clean. Very pleasant and helpful host (friendly welcome, help with arranging taxi, etc.). Ideal for families - we enjoyed the pool and basket for basketball. Short walking distance to the center of Cidade Velha.
The host is amazing -friendly, helpful and one man travel agency! He made our stay unforgettable and managed to make our stay on the island exceptional with two tours he organized for us. The room is very clean.
The sea view swimming pool was very clean and nice to swim in. The Building is very modern and clean. The Garden is very beautiful. However, the biggest asset of the hotel is the extremly friendly staff. The Breakfast is Served on the ocean front Restaurant and is delicious. You can snorkel, scuba dive and fish Right in Front of the Hotel. The best white Sand and coconut tree Beach on the whole Island is in walking distance. The People in the nearby village are very friendly. It is a very Safe Place.
