Location is absolutely gorgeous, the views from the living room and master bed were so picturesque, even on a foggy day, was even treated to a short glimpse of a whale right outside the bedroom window. Very close to Long Point Lighthouse and many walking trails. Location was very easy to find after Crystal’s message the day before check-in.

The cranberry scones were delightful. Twillingate is a 10 minute drive and has good restaurants. The best was going through Crow Head and up to the lighthouse. That’s where we saw all the icebergs and pods of whales. Amazing!

They greeted us on arrival full of warmth and suggestions for the area. Their recommendations were spot on too - like Black Spruce for dinner, hike Gros Morne. And the accomodations were immaculate on a beautiful bay surrounded by cliffs, so romantic. First class - all the stars possible for The Fish Sheds.
