Very kind owners! Se arrived very very late during the night and he was so kind. The rooms are big enough, they are simple but very very very clean! Clean bed, clean bathroom. In the morning they asked us if we wanted breakfast. It was really a good experience

The rooms were very clean and modern, and it was close to the Travertine Terraces which was the purpose of our one night stay.

Well kept hotel, with really friendly owners. The pool is fed with water from the stream and is very nice. All the facilities in the hotel were well maintained and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in this area. They also offer a tasty breakfast at a small price which is nice. Thank you Hotel Pamukkale.

We got there when the weather was very hot and it was nice to have a pool to cool down in and some shady trees to sit under. The restaurant was very good and we dined by the pool both nights we were there. It was somewhat of an oasis. In addition the rooms were good quality rooms and very clean. Best of all were the breakfasts. An incredible array of fresh food was provided. Lots of different olives, dips, breads, salad vegetables and so on.

Safe parking for motorcycle right outside the reception. Very cosy garden with it's own bar by the pool. Aya is a very kind and service minded host. We did not know the size of Hierapolis-Pamukkale and planned to go there in the morning before check out. But we found out we needed more time and booked one more night, when we came back she made us a full breakfast, even if it was after mid day. And it was delicious. Very clean room and beddings. Outside area was cleaned every day. High value for money.

The hotel is a small family owned business with wonderful and welcoming owners, ready to help in all regards. The hotel is super clean and tidy even if some facilities are a bit worn out. The pool is small but very clean and well looked after. There is great value for money and recommended for a couple of days stay.
