The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself.
The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed!
We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.

Very nice and autenthic place with spacious and well equiped terrace with a beautiful view in the centre of nature, out of city sounds and lights. We ordered drinks and food by phone which were prepared in calm coffee bar just under our flat. I recommed this place to people who like accomodation with a spirit. Few minutes by car are another restos and small grocery store and amazing natural Iztuzu beach.

Everything from the moment we stepped foot onto the property we were greeted with exceptional standards and hospitality. The property is perfect for those who want some quiet time in a luxury environment. The photos on the website really do not do this property the justice it deserves we were beyond satisfied with our choice. Very well set up house, well suited to families (sofa beds if you need them). It was clean, spacious, grassy area outside and each house has its own lovely little lake ‘hut’ where you can sit and eat.
Air con worked very well and cooled the place down surprisingly quickly.
The stairs up and down are quite steep but my kids both managed well.
Location is peaceful, but be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to get anywhere.
It’s close to the airport but although you could hear the planes, it was just a dull rumble in the background.
Mehmet was a great host- we arrived much later than planned (at midnight) after flight delays etc and he greeted us as we drove up, he helped carry bags and asked if we needed anything. When I said water, he actually went out and bought us cold bottled water!

This is a cheap hotel in Dalyan and well worth it's money. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are basic but very clean, English TV (if you want to get out of the sun). The hotel has a lovely bar/restaurant (it only serves food up until 5pm) and most of the prices are cheaper than town. Two pools - didn;t have to get up early for a sunbed !! Made to feel very welcome will definitely return. Very close to town.
This is such an amazing place and the hosts are so lovely. Every details on the property is cozy and cute. Our room was spacious, very clean with a great view. The food was tasty and we loved it more than in restaurants. We will definitely remember our stay!
Absolutely perfect location with a fabulous host who helped us with so much. Literally 5 minutes walk to restaurants and river and a small supermarket just 1 minute away. Pool was very refreshing and very clean. Brilliant air conditioned too. Would highly recommend.
This family run hotel is very nice with eclectic decor and traditional Turkish feel. It’s in a great location within 5 min walk into main Dalyan restaurants and the river. The pool and the surrounding area were very clean and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the aircon is very effective. Bed was large and enough pillows supplied.
We had the family room with two large bedrooms and bathroom providing ample space. The room was very clean and the two mini fridges a bonus. The pool was a really good size for the property and with only 8 rooms, it was quiet but friendly. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of local fresh produce. The staff were really friendly and made us very welcome. Located in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk into the town.
Breakfast was 1st class, variation of food daily and if you required anything staff readily available to help.
Room basic but clean and had everything I needed for my stay.
Pool plenty big enough, different height levels and very clean.
Staff are very helpful and are around all day/night if you need them.
