We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Phu Khao. The view from our villa was absolutely stunning and the room had been decorated very nicely. The hotel owners, Lek and Peter, were absolutely fantastic. Lek is an absolutely incredible cook and amazing at sorting taxis and boat trips for you, and Peter was always available for a chat and advice. We had the best welcome when we arrived, a cold towel and iced drink, and despite it being a little late, Lek whipped together some food for us. We were very grateful! The hotel had a lovely little pool, and the breakfast was (no surprise) amazing. Would VERY much recommend staying here!

Lovely, well-equipped flat surrounded by a small jungle. The hosts were amazing, helping us with whatever we needed and bringing a delicious breakfast every morning. The flat has everything you need for a short as well as a longer stay. There's a nice farmers' market next door on Monday and Friday afternoons.

Breakfast was good. The menu is the fixed daily but they had a secret item which changes everyday. Very good privacy with a pool of our own. Daily housekeeping ensured our comfortable night's rest after a long day of touring. Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. The location is great for the beach and getting around to local places. This is our second time here and we specifically came back because
Ms Aom and the staff cannot do enough for you - they go above and beyond. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is not a full on hotel but is very clean and comfortable, then this is the place and you will always be looked after
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were towels for the bathroom and also a bag with towels to take to the beach.
There was free coffee and small snacks in the foyer.
Staff were all lovely and very helpful.
It was a short walk to the beach, and there are lots of small shops and bars/restaurants a few steps from the hotel.
Feels very zen, lovely architecture and design, pools are great, staff are helpful and very polite, pool bar was great, cocktails really good, room very clean and comfortable. Restaurant and spa also very good.
