The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary bread and wine were so kind. Exceptionally comfortable bed and sofa. Extremely clean and well equipped having everything that you would need.

What a wonderful, tranquil and tasteful place you've created Paula! We are so grateful for all the thoughtful touches - fresh bread in the morning, bottle of wine upon arrival... Mrs G was so friendly and welcoming when we got there despite being a bit late and having been a bit lost. We stayed in the cork house which is just perfect for a relaxing holiday stay for 2, it had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. We loved lounging in the sunshine on the deckchairs, listening to the nightingales singing at dusk, watching the sheep next door. We fell in love with this part of Alentejo! The house was perfectly situated for walks and only a short drive from the beautiful towns of Castelo De Vide and Marvão. We did not want to leave! Really hope we can be back in the future!
