This accommodation was absolutely perfect for myself and two young nephews who were over for the annual music festival. The festival site was only ten minute walk away and it was also very handy for all the other local amenities in this beautiful part of Portugal. Would definitely use again next time I am in the area.

Everything was very clean, house was located very centrally, the host (D. Maria José) was friendly and available.
There was coffee and tea available, as well as an additional gift. All was good.
Excellent hosts! They made our family feel like home and really went the extra mile. They made us eggs upon request (we are American and love eggs in the morning!), as well as went and purchased a baby bath for our little one!
Additionally, they were very knowledgeable about Moncao, northern Portugal and close by Spain as well. They provided vegetarian restaraunt recommendations, local authors and poets, and top attractions to go visit!
Rooms were very clean and overall the house is beautiful with gorgeous views!
Comfy and very clean room in the centre of this pretty town, we went for the hot springs ( on the opposite side of the river) and thermal spa in the town, Lovely calm experience. Room small but fine for our needs, plenty of hot hot water and some coffee, water, small fridge, all useful. Host very helpful with parking suggestions and restaurant ideas. Easy to find, get in and out of, walkable to all places of interest in the town. Quiet stay and enjoyable. Very good value during April when we stayed.
It was a perfect location. It overlooked a city square. The Raiano Guest House was very clean, very comfortable and very close to restaurants and cafes. Little touches like a popcorn machine and popcorn to pop made gave a special touch. We spent 10 days in Moncao and it went by so quickly!
Central location in the main square of Monção, close to the main attractions and many restaurants (you are spoilt for choice!). It was relatively easy to find street parking. It was also easy to check-in (you are given a code beforehand), rooms were comfortable and very clean, wi-fi works well. This guest house doesn't provide breakfast but the café adjacent to it is good.
